Hello, I am Tremy, working at Ace Montessori since last year. I have seen children learn and move to the next levels. It has been a wonderful experience at Ace Montessori and looking forward to another promising year.

I am married to my excellent husband, George with a son in grade 4. Every weekend is our family day as we often go to the park for bike rides, picnics, barbeques and to play and spend quality time. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator, absolutely love working with young children, and strongly believe in the uniqueness of every child. This is my second year in a Toddler setting and I am looking forward to a wonderful year together. I cannot wait to get to know all the children and families here at Ace Montessori.

Rafia

Rafia - Montessori Guide in Casa 1

Hi everyone, You all know me as Ms. Rafia while children know me as Rafi. I am a mother of 3 beautiful Montessorian children, who began their early learning in a Montessori environment which sparked me to switch my career from an IT professional to a Montessori guide/educator.

I am an AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) trained Montessori educator who studied at the Foundation for Montessori Education (FME), Toronto, with an undergrad degree in English Literature. I am a big advocate of Montessori education and Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy on child development. I can go for hours talking about “Child as a sensorial learner” as that is my passion.

You all know me as the Principal/Owner of Ace Montessori and I am super excited to come back into the role of a Montessori guide in the Casa 1 classroom in September 2023. I can not wait to touch those materials again and work with the children guiding them through the most crucial years of their development.

I have been lucky to see how children have emerged in their development from getting independent to working solo and in a group, respecting their peers' personal space and their emotions.

Dhruti

Dhruti - RECE in Casa 2

Hello everyone, My name is Dhruti Patel. I am a registered early childhood educator, who studied at Centennial College and registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators.

I have been working at Ace Montessori as a Registered Early Childhood Educator since the beginning of 2023, truly dedicated to my role. Ace Montessori is an inspiring and unique facility. I am glad to be a part of the supportive and collaborative environment and feel like a progressive part of the great team of educators.

Prioritizing children's well-being and growth is crucial in early childhood education, and it is great to see that this philosophy is reflected in the school's everyday practices. Children are a number one priority here and it is reflected in their developmental process.
